Restorative Care

Dental Arts Studio is here to restore your smile to a healthy state! Whether you have a painful tooth that may need a filling or a root canal, a crown, or other treatments, we are here to help!

Fillings

Dental tooth fillings are a restorative treatment used to improve the appearance and functionality of teeth affected by damage or decay. This treatment is most commonly used to fix cavities. The filling helps to even out tooth surfaces for more efficient biting and chewing. Dental fillings can last for many years and help keep the tooth looking and functioning at its best.

Root Canals

Root canal therapy (endodontics) focuses on the inside of your tooth. Inside every tooth is a hollow space occupied by your tooth pulp, which is essentially what keeps a tooth alive. A tooth needs a root canal if your tooth pulp becomes infected or dies. Root canal therapy involves creating a small opening in a tooth, removing the dead or infected pulp through that opening, & then resealing the tooth.

Crowns

A crown (or cap) is a covering that encases the entire tooth surface, restoring it to its original shape and size. A crown protects and strengthens tooth structure that cannot be restored with fillings or other types of restorations.

Sealants

Dental sealants are effective and cost-efficient. Because of how simple and reliable they are, we often recommend dental sealants for both children and adults. Sealants keep your teeth healthy for years to come!

Extractions

Tooth extraction is a common procedure used as a last resort when nothing more can be done to save the tooth. The most significant short-term benefit is the elimination of pain.

Implant Repair

We occasionally see new patients who had implants placed by another office in the past but are now having problems with them. This procedure diagnoses and treats complications that can sometimes occur with implants.

Bridges

Dental bridges are used to bridge the gap where there are missing teeth. A bridge has a crown on each end as an anchor with an artificial tooth or teeth connecting the crowns and filling the space. A bridge can keep your other teeth from moving out of place. Once a bridge is placed, it works just like your natural teeth.

Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJ) Treatments

For those experiencing discomfort or aching in the jaws, head, face, or neck, we may be able to help with TMJ treatment. The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is the jaw joint, and it connects the lower jaw to the skull. It is one of the most complex joints in the body, located in a network of bones, teeth, muscles, and nerves. TMJ disorders affect many areas of the body, causing issues like migraine headaches, numbness and tingling in the arms, and pain in the neck and shoulders.
